Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a dedicated facilitator in a vibrant educational setting. In this on-site role, you will be a critical resource for students in grades K-5, empowering them to access essential speech and communication services delivered virtually by a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). You'll serve as the vital link between students and remote clinicians, ensuring sessions run smoothly and effectively.

What You'll Do:

Facilitate the delivery of virtual speech therapy for approximately 33 students identified with speech and communication needs. Support students during remote therapy, psychology, and related services sessions, acting as their on-site advocate. Collaborate closely with remote SLPs to implement individualized support and communicate clearly regarding student progress or technology issues. Operate and manage therapy technology—training is provided—assisting students in accessing and engaging with their online clinician. Ensure that communication flows efficiently between students, clinicians, and school teams, especially regarding any urgent events or questions.

What We're Looking For:

Experienced paraprofessional, especially within school settings, preferred. Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new digital platforms (training provided if needed). Strong communicator, both with students and professional staff. Resourceful, patient, and supportive approach; adaptable to dynamic school environments. Availability for a full school year (ASAP to May 26, 2027), 35 hours per week.
