What We're Looking For:
Valid state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Successful school-based experience or strong desire to work in an educational setting Effective communicator and team collaborator Enthusiastic, adaptable, and compassionate
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide support for speech-language services to students under SLP supervision Assist in implementing therapy plans and individualized education programs (IEPs) Foster engaging and inclusive communication environments for students Document therapy progress and work closely with staff and families Participate in professional development and school-related meetings
