Full-Time | School-Year Contract Position Summary As a School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with speech, language, communication, and related disorders. This role focuses on implementing treatment plans, documenting student progress, and helping students develop the communication skills necessary for academic and social success. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to supporting students in an educational setting. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field required Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification/licensure required Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Knowledge of speech and language intervention techniques and special education services Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Responsibilities Implement speech and language therapy activities as directed by the supervising SLP Provide individual and small-group therapy services to students Assist with data collection and documentation of student progress toward goals Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate service records Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student communication needs Follow all district, state, and professional guidelines regarding SLPA services Why Join Allied OneSource Education?
