Duties Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP. Accurately document therapy sessions and client progress in a timely manner. Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and the supervising SLP. Maintain compliance with all state, payer, and company documentation requirements. Travel to clients' homes within the assigned service area. Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms when appropriate, ensuring continuity of care and accessibility for clients in remote or underserved areas Communicate regularly with clients' families or caregivers to provide updates, education on language development strategies, and guidance on supporting progress at home Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Disorders, or Communication Sciences OR any equivalent combination of experience and education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license. Current Fingerprint Clearance Card. Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Previous experience working with children or students with disabilities in clinical, educational, or home health settings is highly preferred Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Strong communication and organizational skills. Pay•$40•50 per hour depending on experience.
