Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathologist and/or Speech Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support individuals with speech and language disorders. This role is crucial in providing therapy services to children and students, particularly in pediatric settings in the. home setting. The Speech Pathology Assistant will assist in implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and facilitating communication development.
Position Overview:
This is a part-time to full time, home-based position providing therapy to approximately 10-32 children with developmental and intellectual disabilities . Sessions are held in the child's home/community setting, depending on individual needs.
Hours:
After school hours or 1 2-6pm are our most desired time frames, although some earlier times sometimes arise.
Pay :
SLPA:
$40-$52 per session, Sign on bonus $350, W2, and your own personal dedicated scheduler! Great support system!
SLP:
$75-$90 per session, Sign on bonus $350, W2, and your own personal dedicated scheduler! Great support system!
Service Area:
Tolleson, AZ Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to children ages 3-18. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with state and DDD requirements. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support each child's communication goals. Participate in team meetings and provide input on program improvement.
Schedule & Pay:
Part-time, flexible hours (10-32 hrs/week). (Less/More if desired)
Caseload:
10-32 children. Area- West Valley Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience. (W2) Sign on Bonus of $350 Supportive team environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Arizona SLP or SLPA license Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
