Youll work approximately 12 hours per week, fostering growth and engagement across a diverse caseload.

Qualifications & Experience:

Current Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license or certification. Previous experience working in a school setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated commitment to working with students on the Autism Spectrum. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills. Ability to implement therapy plans and individualized goals under SLP supervision. Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language therapy for children and young adults.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect speech-language interventions as outlined by supervising SLPs. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student communication outcomes. Help document progress and maintain accurate records. Support social communication and functional language objectives. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
