Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in a dynamic school environment. As an SLPA in this vital onsite role, you'll collaborate with educators and licensed speech-language pathologists to help students develop pivotal communication skills.
Key Qualifications:
Valid SLPA license or certification Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred Familiarity with K-12 caseloads and a wide range of speech/language needs Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Able to work effectively onsite as a team member
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement individualized therapy plans developed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists Provide direct and small group support to students across grades K-12 Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to facilitate student success Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development Help create a positive, supportive climate for students' speech and language growth
