Qualifications:
Valid SLPA license in California Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Experience supporting elementary, middle, and high school students required Strong understanding of IEP documentation and therapy-based interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students across multiple grade levels Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Collect data and document student progress in line with educational guidelines Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes Support the execution and monitoring of IEP goals
