Qualifications:
Active state licensure or eligibility to work as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred Knowledge of best practices for speech and language therapy in schools Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Support speech-language pathologists with therapy services for students Assist in planning and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) Conduct group and individual sessions as directed Document student progress, maintain records, and communicate with parents and staff Participate in team meetings and school events as needed
