9630552-93722 Job Description Embark on a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant supporting elementary students through a full-time, maternity leave coverage. In this contract position, youll work with Transitional Kindergarten through 5th-grade students, helping to facilitate vital speech and language interventions during a pivotal portion of the school year (October 15 February 4). Supervision will be provided by a dedicated virtual Speech-Language Pathologist who values collaborationbefore placement, youll have the chance to connect and ensure your working styles align.

What you need to bring:

Recent hands-on experience as an SLPA, with at least three months in the role Active California SLPA license in good standing Experience or comfort working with the TK-5 student population Adaptability and eagerness to collaborate with both on-site staff and a virtual supervisor Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus and highly valued, though not mandatory Primary responsibilities: Follow individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an SLP, delivering direct and indirect speech-language services to students Document student progress, maintain compliance with state and district regulations, and communicate updates with teachers and families as needed Support a positive, inclusive school environment and contribute to the success of each students communication goals Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to implement best practices This role offers consistent daytime hours, opportunities to make a meaningful impact, and a supportive environment.
