Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This position is based in Healdsburg, CA, and is offered on a contract basis with the option of full-time or part-time hours. The assignment runs from ASAP through the end of the current school year, with potential for continuation into the 2025-2026 school year. Responsibilities include assisting licensed speech-language pathologists by implementing individualized therapy plans, supporting students' communication goals, and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress. The role involves working closely with students across a diverse K-12 caseload, adapting strategies to meet individual needs in a school setting.

Completion of SLPA training and certification appropriate for school settings Experience working with children and adolescents in a speech-language support capacity Ability to follow treatment plans and communicate effectively with supervising clinicians, students, and school staff Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and scheduling Flexibility to work full-time or part-time depending on program needs This position offers a competitive compensation range of $35 to $44 per hour, based on experience.
