Job Summary We are seeking Full-Time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for in-person school-based positions in Coachella, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, dynamic environment dedicated to fostering children's communication and learning success across diverse language backgrounds. Pay Rate $39-$60 Per Hour (Based on Experience) Competitive compensation, including lucrative sign-on bonuses. Provide school-based speech and language therapy services as directed by supervising SLPs. Monitor, track, and document students' progress accurately during therapy sessions. Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. Conduct therapy and facilitate communication bridges smoothly with Spanish-speaking families and school staff. Foster a positive, culturally responsive, and engaging learning environment for all students. Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, school staff, and families to ensure optimal student outcomes. Qualifications Valid California State Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) License/Certification (issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board). Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required to service the local Coachella student and family population). Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations (preferred). Strong communication, cultural competency, and organizational skills. A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
