Our clinicians are trained through Meaningful Speech, and we take a neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered approach. We're hiring a part-time SLPA for in-home sessions with children primarily ages 0 to 5 in the Laguna Hills and South OC area. Starting caseload is a minimum of 6 sessions per week plus drive time, with the ability to grow quickly based on your availability. Primarily weekday mornings, with room to move into a full-time role. What we offer $40 to $47 per hour, based on experience Guaranteed pay for cancellations within 24 hours 401(k) with 4% employer match Paid sick leave Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate CEU and materials reimbursement Close clinical supervision and a supportive small team What you'll do Provide play-based therapy, implement SLP-designed treatment plans, document progress, support parent coaching and carryover, and communicate regularly with your supervising SLP. What we're looking for Current California SLPA license. At least 1 year of pediatric or early intervention experience preferred. Reliable transportation for in-home visits and consistent weekday morning availability (preferred).
