Required Qualifications & Experience:

Active SLPA license in California Prior experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language services Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and related staff Familiarity with implementing therapy plans and data collection Excellent organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to provide direct therapy to students Implement individual and small group speech-language interventions Support the assessment process by preparing materials and assisting with screenings Keep accurate records on student progress and session outcomes Communicate regularly with supervising SLP and educational teams Participate in school or district meetings, training, and continuing education as requested
