Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences, or a related field, or an Associate degree from an SLPA program Current, active SLPA certification or license Solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities—capable of working efficiently under pressure and in crisis situations with staff and families Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites as needed during the school day Ability to provide services on site according to each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP)

Responsibilities:

Deliver both direct and indirect speech and language services to students per their IEPs Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs and educational staff to ensure high-quality care Document progress and engage families in the therapeutic process Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development initiatives Adhere to ethical and legal standards governing school-based speech services
