Job Overview Savvy Speech LLC is a small, clinician-owned pediatric home health speech therapy practice seeking a compassionate, reliable Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to provide high-quality therapy to individuals in the Los Angeles/LA county area. This position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible per diem caseload. The practice is intentionally small, allowing for close collaboration with the supervising SLP-A's and a strong focus on quality patient care rather than high-volume caseloads. What You'll Do Provide speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP. Document patient progress accurately and promptly via virtual documentation system. Communicate with caregivers and the supervising SLP. Travel to patients' homes within your selected service area. Qualifications Current California SLPA license. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Strong communication and organizational skills. Home health experience is a plus but not required. Duties Provide in home speech therapy services individual client needs, including those with speech- language delays/ disorders, ASD, ADHD, Intellectual disability, and fluency disorders Conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms or in-person Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and client communication records in compliance with healthcare regulations Skills New grads welcome to apply as close supervision will be provided as needed Willingness and confidence to provide speech therapy within a home- health setting to children in a variety of environments Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, educators, and healthcare professionals SOAP note knowledge and efficiency

$60.00 per hour
