We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to collaborate across two campuses, working with students in grades K-8, primarily with mild to moderate needs and high-functioning profiles, including those on the autism spectrum. This setting values innovative, inclusion-focused practices and offers a chance to work closely with a dedicated team and supportive administration.

Key Qualifications:

Valid California SLP or SLPA license (required) Experience in educational or healthcare settings with school-aged children preferred Proficiency supporting students with social cognition and pragmatic language development Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to partner with educators and families Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to support individualized education plan (IEP) goals Implement therapy targeting social thinking, articulation, and functional communication in classroom settings Prepare session materials and document student progress Work under the supervision and guidance of an SLP, with available mentorship for new graduates (CFY supervision provided) Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to promote a communicative, inclusive environment for all students
