Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field, or an AAS degree from an accredited SLPA program Current, active SLPA license/certification Proficient oral, written, and interpersonal communication, especially in fast-paced or high-stress situations Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students, both individually and in groups, following IEP goals and directives Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families to support student progress and ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing communication with supervising SLP and educational team Uphold ethical and professional standards while working exclusively onsite (remote work is not available) Adapt services to diverse student needs and varying school environments
