Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - San Jacinto, CA Soliant - 3.9 San Jacinto, CA Job Details Full-time $38 - $42 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications SLPA License Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Soliant is seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant. This position offers you the chance to work closely with elementary students in a supportive and collaborative school environment located near San Jacinto, CA. As part of a dedicated team, you'll help foster communication skills, support student growth, and enjoy professional guidance through provided supervision.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Active SLPA license in California is required Previous experience in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children, is highly valued. Comfort adapting your approach for diverse student needs, including those with speech, language, and communication disorders. Strong skills in collaboration, written documentation, and communication with teachers, parents, and supervising SLPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing treatment plans for elementary students. Provide direct and indirect speech and language services, both individually and in small groups. Help prepare therapy materials and maintain data on student progress. Communicate observations and progress effectively to the SLP and educational staff. Contribute to IEP meetings and provide insights for student success. Participate in training and supervision sessions to support professional growth.
Compensation Details:
Weekly Pay Hourly Pay Rate:
