Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Soliant is seeking a full time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant. This position offers you the chance to work closely with elementary students in a supportive and collaborative school environment located near San Jacinto, CA. Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Active SLPA license in California is required Previous experience in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children, is highly valued. Comfort adapting your approach for diverse student needs, including those with speech, language, and communication disorders. Strong skills in collaboration, written documentation, and communication with teachers, parents, and supervising SLPs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing treatment plans for elementary students. Provide direct and indirect speech and language services, both individually and in small groups. Help prepare therapy materials and maintain data on student progress. Communicate observations and progress effectively to the SLP and educational staff. Contribute to IEP meetings and provide insights for student success. Participate in training and supervision sessions to support professional growth.
