Job Summary Thrive Therapy & Social Center is actively seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathalogist Assistant (SLPA) to join our exceptional team and who are passionate about making a positive impact. Responsibilities Include:

Adhere to established treatment plans or protocols created by the supervising SLP. Deliver speech and language therapy while under the guidance of the SLP. Support the SLP in assessing clients, excluding tasks related to administration and interpretation. Prepare therapy materials and equipment needed for therapy sessions. Ensure compliance with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), reimbursement standards, and the responsibilities of the SLPA. Record client performance (e.g., collecting data for the SLP, preparing charts, records, and graphs) and communicate this information to the supervising SLP. Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing materials and scheduling activities, as instructed by the SLP.
