Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program, or a bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California SLPA license Prior school-based experience is highly desirable Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to adapt and thrive within a collaborative multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP Assist in implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals for students with various communication needs Collect data and maintain accurate records on student progress Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere Effectively communicate with teachers, staff, and families about student needs and progress
