Key Qualifications:
Valid licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in California Experience or practicum in school-based settings preferred Adaptability working with elementary, middle, or high school students Strong communication and documentation ability Collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn from supervising
SLPs Core Responsibilities:
Support implementation of IEP goals under SLP supervision Conduct group and individual therapy sessions across grade levels Document session notes in alignment with district and state requirements Communicate regularly with staff, parents, and SLPs regarding student progress Maintain organized and confidential records
