Your supervising SLP and our Clinical Directors provide the direction, mentorship, and resources you need to deliver great care with confidence.
Position Highlights School Setting:
Serve a bilingual (Spanish/English) school campus for the 2026-2027 school year.
Bilingual Impact:
Deliver speech services in a fully bilingual school community where your Spanish-language skills are essential.
Real Supervision:
Work alongside a licensed SLP, structured support, not sink-or-swim.
Timeline:
Interviews are being scheduled now for an August start.

Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language therapy services (individual and small group) in accordance with treatment plans established by the supervising SLP. Implement therapy activities targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals. Document session data and student progress; communicate observations to the supervising SLP. Assist with therapy materials preparation and classroom-based language support in a dual-language environment. Support screenings and clerical tasks as directed by the supervising SLP.
Compensation & Benefits Schedule:
2026-2027 school year, on site.
Pay:
$40-50/hr, based on experience, with bi-weekly direct deposit.

Professional development assistance included. Requirements Current SLPA registration with the California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Board. Completion of a Board-approved SLPA program (associate degree or bachelor's + SLPA coursework). Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required). School-based experience preferred.
