Job Description

Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in a vibrant educational setting near Castle Rock, CO. This full-time, contract position for the 2026/2027 school year offers the opportunity to support the communication growth and academic success of elementary and middle school students. Multiple openings available, so you'll have the chance to collaborate with fellow professionals and make a significant impact across a dynamic caseload.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid licensure/certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Experience or interest in school-based settings, especially working with elementary and middle school populations Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and supervising SLPs Ability to follow therapy plans and adapt to the diverse needs of students Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in an educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the onsite supervision of a certified Speech Language Pathologist Support IEP (Individualized Education Program) implementation and data collection Use creative approaches to support student engagement and progress Track student performance, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in team meetings as needed Foster positive, supportive relationships with students and school staff
