Job Description

Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Multiple contract roles are available for motivated SLPAs seeking to support students' communication and academic success for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Key Qualifications:
Current, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license in Colorado required Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Flexibility to travel between assigned school sites Enthusiasm for fostering growth in elementary, middle, and high school students
Responsibilities:
Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering tailored therapy sessions Work directly with students in diverse age groups: elementary, middle, and high school Implement individualized intervention plans and document student progress Support both group and individual therapy in dynamic school settings Coordinate and communicate effectively with school staff and families Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical standards in speech-language services
Position Details:
2 full-time roles (37.5 hours/week) split between elementary and middle schools 1 part-time role (3 days/week) split between middle and high schools Contract runs from August 12, 2026, through May 28, 2027 All positions are based out of one building and serve students in Highlands Ranch, Parker, and Castle Rock This contract assignment is a perfect way for dedicated SLPAs to deepen their experience and make a real difference.
