School Speech Pathologist Assistant | Castle Rock, Colorado BlazerJobs - 3.4 Castle Rock, CO Job Details Full-time | Contract $26.18 - $46.18 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications SLPA License Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a school setting near Castle Rock, CO. We are seeking three enthusiastic SLPAs for the upcoming school year, with two full-time and one part-time opening available. Both full-time roles offer a diverse caseload, splitting time between elementary and middle school students in the Highlands Ranch and Parker areas, while the part-time position spends three days a week between a middle school and a high school in Castle Rock and Parker. Each position requires working in only one building, making transitions smooth and allowing you to focus on making a difference for your students.
Key Qualifications:
Active Colorado SLPA license required Previous experience in school-based speech services is highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to varying student needs and school environments Passion for helping students achieve their communication and academic goals
Role Responsibilities:
Assist with implementation of student IEP goals under supervision of a licensed SLP Deliver direct therapy services to students in both group and individual settings Document student progress and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with supervising SLPs, educators, and families Participate in team meetings and professional development, as needed This opportunity begins August 12, 2026 and will continue through May 28, 2027, offering stable, predictable hours throughout the school year. Full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week while the part-time role is for three days per week.
