Job Description
50 Stars Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a school-based position in Colorado Springs, CO . The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services that support students' communication and academic success. Responsibilities Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP. Provide individual and small-group therapy sessions. Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records. Assist with speech screenings, observations, and therapy preparation. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members. Support students with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and communication needs. Maintain compliance with school district, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field. Valid Colorado SLPA license/certification (or eligibility to obtain). Previous school-based experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
