Position Details Full-time hours Onsite position 2026-2027 school year Caseload assigned based on experience and district needs Supportive school team and collaborative work environment Competitive weekly pay Benefits available for eligible employees Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Implement treatment plans and therapy activities designed by the supervising SLP Document student progress and maintain accurate service records Assist with preparing therapy materials and classroom supports Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program Active SLPA license/certification (or eligibility) in the state of employment School-based experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for helping students reach their communication goals Why Soliant Education?
