Qualifications & Experience:

Active SLPA license required Colorado Department of Education (CDE) authorization necessary Previous school-based SLPA experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, educators, and families Positive attitude and adaptability in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) Assist in documenting student progress and preparing session notes Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with staff and families Prepare materials and activities to support language and communication goals Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere for students
