Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current credentials as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Ability to adapt communication style for diverse student populations Flexibility and confidence in traveling to new assignments Passion for helping students overcome communication challenges
Key Responsibilities:
Support certified Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapies Work directly with students under supervision, implementing IEP goals Collect and maintain accurate data for student progress tracking Communicate with educators and families to encourage student development Participate in team meetings to coordinate services
