Job Description

Make an impact in the lives of students as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)! Multiple contract positions are available for both part-time and full-time schedules, serving several school locations in the beautiful Bonita Springs region.
What Youll Bring:
Valid and active FL Department of Health SLPA license School-based SLPA experience preferred, but not required Adaptability to travel between multiple campuses as needed Understanding of or willingness to quickly learn school caseload management practices Ability to work effectively with K-12 student populations Up-to-date fingerprint clearance or ability to process new fingerprints through AHCA Clearinghouse Strong collaboration and communication skills with both students and staff
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite (remote/VOCO not available) Work under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist to implement individualized treatment plans Serve a caseload of 50-55 students across up to 3 school sites to support your full-time hours Maintain detailed session notes and contribute to progress tracking Support students in achieving their communication and academic goals Participate in school team meetings and professional development opportunities
