The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with various developmental and speech delays. This role requires a strong understanding of developmental milestones as well as the ability to create and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Flexible schedule! Hours can range from part time to full time. Clinic is typically open Monday through Friday, however Saturdays are an option if candidate is seeking weekend shifts. Clinic and Home health setting opportunities. Ideally looking for a candidate who can provide some afternoon visits to help support our school aged children. Responsibilities Create and Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and rehabilitation techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes. Stay current with advancements in Speech Therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development. Responsibilities may vary based on licensure level SLPAs will work under supervision of a licensed SLP (per state guidelines) Compensation will be based on credentials and experience (SLPAs $30-33, SLPs $58-63) Bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist preferred due to caseload population. Skills Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and experience in pediatrics. Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge essential for effective treatment planning. Ability to create detailed care plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills to adapt treatment strategies based on patient responses. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on improving quality of life.
