Active Florida Department of Health SLPA license required Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly valued Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt and provide support across multiple school locations Completion of required fingerprinting and credentialing processes; familiarity with the AHCA Clearinghouse and JLA badge system is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services as outlined by supervising Speech Language Pathologists Support individualized student education plans and goals Document student progress and maintain accurate records Assist with screenings, data collection, and reporting Foster positive, professional relationships with students, staff, and families Contribute to the school community by engaging in team meetings and ongoing training
