This is a great opportunity for SLPAs looking for flexibility, excellent per-diem compensation, and the ability to create a schedule that works for them. Services are provided to children in their natural environments through the Early Discovery Program, allowing therapists to work directly with children and families in familiar, functional settings. Areas We Are Currently Looking to Cover We are especially seeking SLPAs interested in expanding coverage throughout Miami-Dade County, including: Aventura Miami Beach Miami Lakes Miami Gardens North Miami / North Miami Beach Hialeah / Hialeah Gardens Doral Kendall Homestead / South Miami-Dade Additional Miami-Dade areas based on therapist availability You choose the areas you are willing to cover.   • choose the days and times you are available Flexibility to select the areas you prefer to cover Opportunity to build a caseload that fits your availability Work with children in natural, functional environments Supportive administrative team to assist with scheduling and coordination Great opportunity for SLPAs looking for additional hours or a flexible caseload Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Implement established treatment plans and individualized goals Provide services in the child's natural environment Engage children in developmentally appropriate and functional therapeutic activities Maintain accurate and timely session documentation Communicate professionally with families, supervising SLPs, and administrative staff Maintain consistent attendance and communication regarding scheduled sessions Qualifications Active Florida SLPA license/credential•

English proficiency•

Spanish proficiency preferred Experience working with pediatric clients Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within selected service areas Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Dependable, professional, and passionate about working with children Schedule Flexible / Per Diem You have the freedom to determine your availability, including the days and times you would like to work. Caseloads can be coordinated based on your preferred schedule and service areas. Compensation Excellent per-diem hourly rate
