Job Description

Founded and led by a Speech-Language Pathologist, our clinic is built on a deep understanding of what therapists need to feel successful, fulfilled, and valued in their role. We are a close-knit team of compassionate clinicians who prioritize connection, quality care, and a positive work environment. We are currently seeking a full-time SLPA who is passionate about pediatric therapy, values relationship-building, and is looking for a workplace where they can grow and feel supported.

Position Details:

Responsibilities:
Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Implement individualized treatment plans Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients and families Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Active Florida SLPA license Experience or interest in pediatric therapy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, team-oriented mindset
