We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school-based team in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida. This full-time opportunity allows you to work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, educators, and special education teams to support students with a variety of speech and language needs in a collaborative educational environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students based on IEP goals Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP Conduct individual and small-group therapy sessions Assist with speech/language screenings and assessments Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation Support IEP preparation, progress reporting, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Active Florida SLPA license/certification required Completion of supervised clinical hours Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed SLP Why Join Us?
