Implement treatment plans and therapy activities developed by the supervising SLP. Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records. Assist with preparing therapy materials and activities. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success. Follow all state and district guidelines for SLPA practice. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or Communication Sciences and Disorders (depending on state requirements). Active Florida SLPA license (or ability to obtain before the start date). School-based experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
