What Youll Bring:

Active Florida SLPA license (required) Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings (preferred) Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills Comfort traveling between school locations throughout the county Ability to adapt approaches to fit the needs of students from kindergarten through high school

Key Responsibilities:

Assist or provide direct therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students goals Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to school and state requirements Participate in intervention planning and team meetings
