$45,000-$55,000 per year (based on experience) About Us Little Tesla Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic providing Speech, Occupational, Physical, and ABA Therapy. We are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while fostering a fun, supportive, and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Provide speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals. Accurately document treatment sessions and client progress. Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary therapy team. Prepare therapy materials and maintain an organized treatment environment. Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Maintain compliance with all clinic, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program. Current Florida SLPA license CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Pediatric experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
