About the role Join Speech by Katie as an independent-contractor SLPA for in-home pediatric sessions along Florida's west coast, from New Port Richey down to Sarasota and inland to Winter Haven (Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, and Polk counties). You'd see families near where you already live. You choose the days and times that work for you. Katie matches families to you, and you work under supervision from a Florida-licensed SLP on the Speech by Katie team.
Pay:
$40 per hour (starting) Responsibilities
  • Carry out SLP-directed treatment plans for pediatric clients in the home
  • Support language, articulation, literacy, and related goals as assigned
  • Document accurately and help families with simple practice between visits
  • Stay within Florida SLPA scope and required supervision
  • Represent Speech by Katie's warm, child-focused culture Qualifications
  • Active Florida SLPA license
  • Comfortable providing in-home sessions and traveling within your coverage area
  • Pediatric experience preferred
