Job Description
Location within Lake County, FL. SPLA is to schedule and treat pediatric patients. Data collection and SOAP notes. Parent consult regarding patient's progress. Follow up with SLP supervisor and other team members. FL SLPA license a most. At least 1 year of pediatric speech-language therapy experience.
