Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid SLPA credential or license for Idaho, or eligibility to obtain Prior experience supporting speech and language services in schools preferred, but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students and staff Ability to implement therapy plans under the supervision of an SLP Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining documentation Compassion, adaptability, and a positive approach to working with children

Role Responsibilities:

Work directly with students, implementing speech-language plans designed by a supervising SLP Assist in conducting screenings and formal or informal assessments Prepare materials, track student progress, and maintain accurate records Collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to support student success Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions Provide progress updates and insights to support IEP and 504 meeting discussions
