Job Description
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Lewiston, Idaho for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to work alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists while helping students develop essential communication skills. Job Details Full-time, onsite position 2026-2027 school year Caseload of approximately 50 to 60 students Some higher-needs students may be included Competitive hourly pay: $35 to $42 per hour Weekly pay Responsibilities Provide speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP Implement treatment plans and therapy activities Document student progress and maintain accurate records Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff Assist with classroom communication support and carryover activities Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program Active Idaho SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain) Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment Interested?
