This full-time role runs from August through the end of November, with the potential to extend. Serve a vibrant school community Monday through Friday during regular school hours. Qualifications & Requirements:

Active SLPA certification or license in Illinois is required Experience in school-based or pediatric speech services preferred Bilingual fluency in Spanish is essential, allowing you to support diverse learners Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, students, and families Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced educational setting

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with implementing speech-language therapy programs under the supervision of a certified SLP Support students communication goals via direct interventions and classroom activities Collect and document data on student progress and help prepare materials for therapy sessions Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging participation and growth Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school and district protocols
