Key Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited SLPA program Current SLPA certification or eligibility for state licensure Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with speech-language pathologists, teachers, families, and students Adaptability and a passion for helping diverse learners thrive

Role Responsibilities:

Assist speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy and communication-based interventions Support students individually or in small groups under supervision Track and document student progress, data collection, and session notes Prepare instructional materials and assist in maintaining an organized learning environment Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support student success Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and positive atmosphere for all learners This full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) allows you to immerse yourself in the daily life of a school community.
