Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Step into an exciting full-time role as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) supporting elementary students in a collaborative and welcoming educational environment near Edwardsville, IL. Ideal candidates will bring 1-2 years of direct experience working as an SLPA in school settings and a passion for helping children reach their fullest potential. The caseload is mostly elementary and designed to remain manageable so that you can focus on delivering high-quality services and building strong relationships with the students and staff you support.

Qualifications:

Active SLPA license or certification as required by Illinois regulations 1-2 years of experience working as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in schools Demonstrated ability to assist with speech, language, and communication interventions Strong collaboration and communication skills Previous experience with elementary caseloads preferred Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
