Qualifications:

Current SLPA license or eligibility in Illinois 1-2 years of experience in school-based SLPA roles (elementary preferred) Background in both school and healthcare SLPA settings is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills Willingness to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Provide support under the supervision of a licensed SLP to a primarily elementary caseload Deliver intervention services according to IEP goals Track student progress and maintain accurate records Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Participate in meetings, professional development, and collaborative initiatives
