This rewarding contract position offers the opportunity to work as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, collaborating closely under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll help foster meaningful growth in students as part of a dedicated educational team.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement speech and language intervention plans and activities as directed by the supervising SLP. Support individual and small group sessions for elementary-aged students. Assist in monitoring student progress and documenting performance. Prepare therapy materials and participate in team meetings as needed. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote language development. Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school policies.

Desired Qualifications:

Associates degree from an accredited SLPA program or equivalent. Current or eligible SLPA licensure in Indiana. Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Organization, adaptability, and a passion for helping children succeed. This is a contract role beginning October 5, 2026, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
