Category Schools - SLPA Job Type Contract Take on a dynamic and meaningful role supporting students across K-12 in a collaborative educational environment. You'll work under the guidance of licensed speech-language pathologists (SLPs), delivering direct communication therapy across 1-3 schools each week, with the flexibility to design your own weekly schedule based on student needs and SLP direction. Key Qualifications:

Active SLPA license required for the state. Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred. Capability to implement treatment plans under the supervision of SLPs and collect accurate session data. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting between locations.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct treatment to students as outlined by SLPs, targeting a variety of speech and language goals. Support SLPs in managing larger caseloads by working at different schools within the district. Collect and record accurate data on student progress and therapy sessions. Collaborate with educational teams, communicating insights and progress to SLP supervisors as needed.
