Client-Related Activities:
Assist therapists with implementing educational activities and tasks that enhance therapy delivery. Set up and prepare materials and equipment for summer therapy groups and individual treatment sessions. Facilitate educational activities for individuals or small groups under the guidance of certified staff. Support therapists during sessions by engaging clients while the treating therapist provides direct physical assistance. Communicate with therapists to address needs during therapy sessions. Observe and monitor clients during transition times to ensure safety and readiness for therapy or pickup as needed.Clinic Maintenance and Administrative Activities:
Maintain sanitized materials and organize the clinic under the direction of the Clinic Manager. Assist therapists with room setup and breakdown as directed. Monitor inventory of materials and restock items as needed. Support therapists by making copies and preparing treatment materials. Facilitate daily processes to maintain clinic efficiency and workflow. Follow opening and closing protocols upon arrival and before leaving the clinic.Additional Duties:
Complete administrative tasks as assigned. Perform other responsibilities as needed to support clinic operations.Availability Year Round:
10 hours of availability within Monday 8:00AM- 1:00PM or 1:00
